The Poplarville Hornets open the 2016 season on Friday, August 19th at The Hive in St. Martin. Kickoff is set for 7:00 for this Week 1 Non-Division contest. The Hornets are coming off an exciting Jamboree win over 6A Biloxi while St. Martin did not compete in any preseason action. Poplarville will be looking to avenge a 47-20 loss suffered in its opening game last season at the hands of the Yellowjackets. Come out and support your Poplarville Hornets!!
