Poplarville Art Students to Participate in the 2015 Wild Things Youth Art Contest and Exhibition

Fourteen students taking Mrs. Clark's Art 1 course will be participating in the Wild Things Youth Art Contest and Exhibition in Lacombe, LA on October 17,2015 as a part of the Southeast Louisiana National Wildlife Refuges Complex's celebration of National Wildlife Refuge Week. Each student had to create a drawing that is of plant or animal native to the area. Awards will be given on October 17th in which students who have entered will compete with other students who have entered from various schools and places that are of their own age. Students work will be on exhibit for the week at the complex. More information about the event can be found on the website:http://www.fws.gov/southeastlouisiana/ .
