TDap Vaccinations Offered at MSP

The Pearl River County Health Dept. will be at MSP on Friday, May 16 from 1:00 to 2:30 to administer the required TDap vaccinations to all current 6th graders.  The paperwork sent home last week must be completed  ( an orange form and a green form, both requiring signatures) and returned with $10.00 cash (unless Medicaid of Mississippi or CHIP – no charge) to receive the vaccination at school.  Last year the wait at the Health Dept. was 3-4 hours.  All questions should be directed to MSP 601-795-1350.
