Graduate Excels in Navy

Since graduating from PHS in May 2013, Ashley Rosenbaum has already taken advantage of the opportunities presented to her after enlisting in the Navy. 
 
Upon the completion of Boot Camp, Ashley graduated # 2 out of 871 (male and female) recruits,  # 1 in her platoon of 80 (male and female), and received the 2nd highest Naval Award given to a recruit.  She also won an art contest in boot camp, and her winning flag was proudly flown on graduation day.
 
Ashley is currently attending school in Pensacola and will be joining the fleet shortly after Christmas.  For her “shore duty” she plans to aid in recruiting and mentoring because she believes this was one of the best opportunities given to her.

Congratulations to Ashley and best of luck in her future endeavors.
