Poplarville Hornets Alumni Foundation Presents Awards

The Poplarville Hornets Alumni Foundation presented two awards at the March 9th school board meeting. The first award in the amount of  $500 was presented to the PHS  Cheer Team who came in first at the  National High School Cheerleader Competition. A second award in the amount of $500 was presented to Mrs. Lisa Benson who was selected PHS Teacher of the Year and received the honor of being named District Teacher of the Year. Congratulations to the Poplarville Hornets Alumni Foundation Award Recipients!
