Chromebook RFP 2016-2017

The Poplarville Special Municipal Separate School District (PSD) is accepting proposals for chromebooks and  Academic Google Chrome OS Management Licenses for district-wide purchase.

Sealed bids will be opened on July 25, 2016 at 1:00 PM in the central office board room located at the district address.

PROPOSAL SUBMISSION

1. All proposals must be received at our district office at our district address by 12:45 PM (per our office clock) on the bid opening day.

2. All proposals must be signed by an authorized representative of the Vendor.

3. Two copies of the proposal must be sent in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the words “BID #07-1617CBK - Chromebooks with Management” on the lower left-hand corner of the envelope.

ACCEPTANCE / REJECTION OF PROPOSAL SUBMISSIONS

The District reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals or any portion of any and all proposals at their discretion. While price is an important consideration, it will not be the sole determining factor in the selection of a Vendor. Payments will not be made nor orders submitted until after the PSD’s School Board has accepted a proposal and awarded it as the winning proposal submission. A contract will exist between the District and the Vendor upon selection of the winning proposer.

COMPENSATION

Payment terms will be NET 45. Complete payment will not be issued until after both the Vendor and District agree that the project is complete and meets all requirements.

RFP REVISIONS

The District reserves the right to modify or issue amendments to the RFP at any time. The District also reserves the right to cancel or reissue the RFP at any time. Notices will be posted to our RFP Webpage. It is the sole responsibility of the proposer to monitor the url for posting of such information.
